We currently ship across India. If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you to provide alternative solutions.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to orders below the minimum free shipping amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, transport disruptions, or high demand). If your order is delayed, our team will keep you informed.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us and may be eligible for reshipment or cancellation, depending on the situation.

Incorrect Address or Non-availability

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability may incur additional reshipping charges.
